The Distinguished Western Lake Ontario Fishing Charter
Welcome to the Distinguished Western Lake Ontario Fishing Charter, home of the most consistent trout and salmon fishing in New York and on the Great Lakes. We specialize in catching a variety of trout and salmon species from Late April through Early September and offer both half day (5 hour) and full day (8 hour) trips for up to 6 people. Your fully insured captains only fish with the best gear, tackle, and electronics and will clean your catch to your liking at no extra cost. That is a unique perk not done in other ports! This is a very family friendly vessel that is 100% drug free. We also offer corporate trips, multiple boat trips and can accommodate groups that would like to fish in any of the Lake Ontario tournaments. All you need is a New York State fishing license, food and beverages of your choice, zip-lock bags for your catch of the day, sunscreen, rain gear and to be ready for a great day of fishing on our beautiful lake.
Rates
We offer full day and both AM and PM half day charters. Morning charters leave the dock at 6 AM and afternoon half days leave at 3 PM. A $100 deposit is required to reserve your trip. Please contact Captain Kevin or Rob via email or by phone to reserve your date today!

Prime Fishing Times
April through June – King Salmon and Coho Salmon
July through Beginning of September – King Salmon, Coho Salmon, Brown Trout and Steelhead Trout (Saltwater strain of Rainbow Trout)
We also can accommodate any group interested in fishing one of Lake Ontario’s trout and salmon tournaments.
The Searay 370 Express
You will be thrilled to board this 37 ft Searay! The boat is stable, dry, fast and the envy of the fleet. It has a stand up head and cabin along with plenty of seating both inside and outside. We also have a generator for when the weather calls for heat or air conditioning.
We only believe in using the best equipment money can buy as you will haul in your catch using Penn and Shimano reels and Okuma rods. Tackle and bait from companies like Warrior and Familiar Bite keep them biting and increase our odds. Almost as important as the boat itself is our suite of Raymarine electronics, which puts us on the fish and keeps us there. We are proud to be part of their prestigious Pro Ambassador program. We are also proud to be a part of the Traxstech family. As a result every rodholder and downrigger comes from the same company.
